Small general contractor with growing work load is looking for the right individuals to join our team.
We do a wider variety of projects than most general contractors, so priority will be given to individuals who have a variety of skills.
Current skills we are hiring for:
Drywall hanging
Drywall taping and mud work
Drywall texture and texture matching
Carpentry - small remodel wall construction framing
Carpentry - metal stud framing
Carpentry - prehung door installation
Carpentry - trim work such as baseboard, casing and crown molding installation
Cabinet installations - kitchens, vanities, bookcases
Countertop installations - prefab laminate
T bar - repair and replacement
Painting - paint prep including sanding, cleaning and masking
Painting - brush and roller
Painting - interior and exterior
Painting - parking lot restriping
Painting - running an airless sprayer
Painting - cabinet refinishing
FRP installation
Commercial experience is a big PLUS.

Don't worry if you don't have a tool you need. We have every tool needed.
If there is a skill you would like to learn, let me know, we can probably train you.
I am very old school and have been doing this since I was 10 years old. Expect to get work finished everyday when you are on the job. Show up with your tools and stay off the cell phone.
Our work is always top notch. I am very easy to work for once you have proven yourself. I expect employees to do their best, take themselves off the clock when they are above their skill level and comfort zone, and act like adults.
Pay will vary between $25 - $45 for most. We have some commercial jobs coming up with longer hours, higher pay and completion bonuses. Expect to work 10 hour days during our busy weeks.
We are very flexible with hours including part-time, but we expect the same when required.
Good transportation required, preferably a work truck.
Must be willing to work out of town on occasion. Usually 1-2 weeks at a time. Housing will be provided when working out of town.
Preference will be for workers with multiple skills who can work out of town and can work both commercial and residential projects.
