We’re a nationally-recognized sculpture and awards studio looking to partner with a talented auto painter or custom paint specialist to help finish small-format pieces (typically 6”–18”) made from 3D-printed substrates.
We’re looking for someone with:
-Experience in automotive paint systems (primer, base, clear — urethane/2K preferred).
- Strong understanding of surface prep, sanding, and making printed surfaces smooth + flawless.
- Ability to match high-end finishes: gloss, satin, matte, metallics, pearls, etc.
- Attention to detail and interest in artistic work.
- Experience with adhesion and finishing on plastics a plus.

- Perfect for someone who enjoys high-detail finishing and wants a creative side gig beyond traditional automotive work.
Location: Stockton / Valley / Sacramento region (can coordinate transport of awards for the right person).
Compensation: Negotiable based on complexity and turnaround.
