Location: Newcastle, CA (just outside of Rocklin), Occasional travel with daily per diem
Schedule: Full-time, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM | Some weekends, travel, and overtime may be required
Pay: $20–$22/hr. starting + Higher pay on Prevailing Wage jobs
We’re hiring reliable team members to join a fast-paced equipment and event services company based in Newcastle, CA just minutes from Rocklin.
You’ll work in the yard, warehouse, and on job sites, helping load, clean, move, and set up materials and equipment for events and construction projects.
If you have experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, forklift operation, general labor, mechanical repair, or assembly/production, we encourage you to apply!

What You’ll Do:
Load and unload equipment and materials
Clean, inspect, and organize gear in the yard
Assist with setup and teardown of temporary flooring and ground protection systems
Work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow company safety procedures
Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and customers
What You’ll Need:
OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to complete)
Able to lift 50+ lbs. and stay active throughout the day
Comfortable working outdoors and getting hands dirty
Reliable transportation + valid ID (E-Verify used)
Must pass a background check (no DUIs)
Steel-toe rubber boots and work-appropriate attire required
