HMI Industrial Contractors has been in business for over 30 years in Rancho Cordova. We serve the valley’s food and beverage industry and processing facilities. We own a large range of equipment and are looking to hire a Sr. Mechanic to service our fleet and become part of our HMI Team.
Types of Equipment
· Forklifts (Electric/propane)
· Scissor lifts (all types)
· Trucks (F150 to Tractor Trailers)
· Carry Deck Cranes
· Reach Forklifts
· Excavators
· Golf carts
Requirements:
· Posses strong technical/mechanical background
· Have at least 5 years’ experience repairing equipment listed above
· Proficient at diagnosing and repair of electrical, hydraulic, and engine systems
· Able to maintain digital records of all repairs and maintenance
· Maintain a clean organized shop; a good communicator and working well with others is a must
· Have own basic tools
· Good driving record
· Able to work in the shop or in the field
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
· Certifications in automotive technology and or heavy equipment repair
· Self Starter
Beneficial/Extra compensation for:
· Welding/welding equipment repair
· Class A CDL
· Previous BIT/DOT Inspection Experience
· Experience transporting equipment
· Over 6 years experience
Salary & Benefits Package:
· $40 to $50/hr depending on experience and qualifications
· Medical Insurance. HSA Silver plans to Platinum plans. Available for Family as well
· Paid vacation.
· Includes 13 days paid Holidays per year
