Our company is looking for an HVAC Lead Installer
Minimum 10 years of experience. Clean driving record a MUST. EPA Certified
The HVAC Installation Lead oversees the installation crew in the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company specifications, stablished safety guidelines, and in accordance with local building code . You will supervise and coordinate the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems as directed. The HVAC Installation Lead supervises a small group of installation staff.
Responsibilities:
Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner;
Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required;
Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer/Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs;
Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer’s home according to our schedule;
Participates in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional;
Have and maintain a clean driving record;
Maintain communication with team members;
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this;
Keep your company truck clean, inside and out;
Keep your truck inventory up to date;
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Requirements:
Current and valid driver’s license;
CFC / EPA Certification – Type I and II;
Must possess knowledge of CA Mechanical and Electrical Codes;
Neat and professional appearance;
Clean criminal background;
Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving record;
Ability to work independently;
Able to pass random drug tests.
Must have 10 years verifiable Lead Installer experience.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the job.
