We are local small business Union Contractor (Laborers Local 185) looking for fence installers (Journeymen and Apprentices). We work on commercial, industrial, state and federal construction projects and specialize in metal work, including metal type fencing and gates, as well as some structural steel & misc metal projects. Journyman/Leadman: 4-10 years of experience with metal fence (barbed wire, field fence, ornamental fence and chain link) and gate fabrication and installation. Experience as welder/fabricator a plus. The ideal candidate will help fabricate in the shop and install in the field.
Apprentices: We are looking for entry level (apprentices) who are hard working and excited to learn the trade.
Compensation: $36.50/hr (base Journeyman Union wage) + Union Benefits We offer pay increases for certified welders, Class A drivers, and Foreman. See Laborers website for all rates and benefits. These are full-time positions with weekly pay schedule. Travel sometimes required.

Reliable transportation to/from work.
Clean Drivers License

Regularly perform repetitive tasks
Ability to operate a fork-lift.
