Full-Time Maintenance Handyman OR Contractor

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repairs, be self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain the functionality and appearance of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine & basic maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address potential problems.
- Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize and complete work orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent & professional customer service to tenants and property managers.
- Will assist in unlocking vacant properties to allow daily tours to perspective renters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Ability to perform basic repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and more.
- MUST own basic tools and a reliable van or truck for transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.
Benefits:
- $25.00 to $30 per hour, optional overtime.
-$35.00 per hour if licensed contractor
- Paid time off and holidays
