We are currently hiring for a full-time Marina Maintenance Assistant position. They will be working with our Marina Maintenance Manager, helping assist in an array of tasks. Riverbank Marina is a 15-acre property that includes 200 boat slips, 15 office spaces and parking lot areas. We are located on Garden Hwy by I-5, where Chevy’s, Crawdads and Roosters on the River are located. This position requires someone who has several skills sets and can accomplish variety of jobs. They will be working mainly independently to complete your tasks for the day. We are looking for someone who can help keep our Marina running safe and efficient. Not one day is the same down here at Riverbank Marina!

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assist Maintenance Manager with all duties
Work as an integral part of the Riverbank Team
Execute maintenance task lists and work orders
Maintain the marina docks, parking lots and office spaces
Help with general cleaning – docks, bathrooms, fuel station, parking lots
Help with landscaping upkeep
Perform basic office maintenance tasks - replacing light bulbs, plumbing, drywall patching, painting, HVAC, etc.
Assist with inventory/security of supplies
Maintain accurate logs, records, and basic written reports of work performed
Ensure a safe environment for all team members and marina visitors
Communicate regularly with management and team members
Our ideal candidate will have experience in:
HVAC systems and maintenance
Deck replacement & repair
Basic welding
Using hand tools and electrical tools
Electrical
Basic computer skills
General skills helpful to this job:
Working in a team environment
Reporting to a direct manager
Working independently when necessary
Intuitive nature to anticipate when/where help is needed
Observant nature
Riverbank Marina Maintenance must meet the following requirements:
18 years or older
Have own reliable transportation
Have a valid driver license
Able to walk up and down stairs numerous times in a shift
Able to carry heavy loads up and down stairs
Able to work outside in different conditions
