True Heat Solutions is currently seeking two individuals to join our team in the rodent proofing, bird proofing, and wood repair division.
The ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Prior experience in rodent proofing for residential homes, spanning from the roof down, or a foundation in basic handyman skills.
Fundamental carpentry skills, including the ability to remove and replace fascia, rafter tails, trim, and undertake patio remodels when issues like termites or dry rot are identified by inspectors.
Proficiency in interpreting and following work scopes outlined in reports and graphs.
A clean driving record.
Strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and stay on task.
