In need of a operator/labor. We run a small family owned agriculture construction company. Our scope of work is quite extensive, so our employees need to be capable and willing to do whatever the job requires. For example we build ponds, clean drainage ditches, install and repair pipelines, build pads, driveways and roads, septic systems, brush clearing, demolition, etc. Some of the equipment required to operate are excavators large and small, paddle wheel scrapers, dozer, grader, backhoe, forklift, water truck, ag tractors etc. Other day to day projects include pipe installation and repair, machine servicing, mechanic, general labor, welding and fabrication, grade setting, etc. Must have a drivers license and capable of pulling a trailer. A work truck is provided as well as necessary tools and gear. Normal work hours are 10hrs a day Saturdays are voluntary. We start and end each day at our yard. Quick leaners, common sense and independent thinking are needed qualities. Some jobs are solo missions and others require all hands to complete.
There is a week trial period for assessment and skill level, which time paid rate is negotiated. Time off and start/stop times are flexible when needed. The company provides health insurance with Kaiser as soon a open enrolment periods are available. After first year 2 weeks PTO will be provided annually.
