Honda Motorcycle Technician - 'A-level' Mechanic

This is NOT Flat Rate, will be billed hourly – Bonus based on output, including bonus - UP TO $38/HR

Roseville Honda Motorsports has been in business for over 60 years and is the largest Honda Powerhouse Dealership in Nor-Cal! We feature virtually every Honda model available, a top-of-the-line Honda certified service center and fully-stocked parts, apparel and accessories department.
We are seeking an experienced A-Level technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of mechanical experience and a strong interest in motorcycles / motorsports.
Honda parts and accessories knowledge is a plus but not required. Additional training on all Honda motorsports products will be provided.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units
Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specifications
Possess the skills to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
Provide clear written records of all repairs performed
Own your own set of tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level
Able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to other technicians
Proficient in meeting deadlines, and completing work productively and profitably
Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur
Capable of servicing motorcycles, ATVs, SXS, scooters, generators, watercraft
Attention to detail is a must
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of mechanic shop experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Able to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement
