What You’ll Do -
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Install, replace, and troubleshoot equipment
Whole House Fan & HPWH Installations
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Collaborate with teammates and office staff
Maintain accurate records and documentation
What We’re Looking For -
5+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Certification preferred
Nate Certification preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Comfortable in tight spaces and on ladders
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Tech Savvy - Service Titan experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean record
