Position: HVAC Service Manager/Service Technician

Airsmiths is a local company that has been in business for over 23 years. We are a great company to work with and are looking for a person who has good communication, technical and managerial skills to become a part of our team. This a full time long term managerial position. We are looking for someone who wants a great place to work and a place to call home. The person who filled this position for many years has decided to retire. We are sad to see him go but wish him the best in his future and thank him for his years he spent with us. That said; we are excited to talk to the people that respond and find a new team member to work with for we hope many years to come. We know this position will be enjoyable as our staff are some of the best people in this industry in Sacramento Valley. This person, of course, must be willing to work as an important part of our team and enjoy the work to continue to grow our Service Department and manage the department as it grows.
Qualifications:
Residential & Light Commercial Diagnostic; Service & Maintenance Skills.
Is a Self-Starter and has great Communication Skills (must be able to interact well with Clients and Staff).
Good Driving Record (No DUI’s)
1-3 yrs experience minimum.
Incentives:
Good pay, starting wage is $25.00 - $35.00 dollars per hour depending on experience.
Production bonuses in addition to hourly wages.
This is a full time position without seasonal layoffs.
Paid vacation and sick leave, as well as holiday paid time off.

Paid ongoing training and certification.
