Skilled Finish Carpenter – $30/hr (Sacramento – 95838)

Pay: $30 hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00PM Start Time
Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join a collaborative team building high-quality homes in a controlled manufacturing environment. This role requires expertise in finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, and blueprint reading. Responsibilities:
Construct and assemble wall panels, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and other framing materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate layout and execution.
Install framing components including studs, joists, rafters, and sheathing with precision and efficiency.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and structural requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in flooring, construction, framing, finish carpentry, and drywall
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong general labor and rough carpentry skills
Commercial construction experience preferred
Expertise in installation and trim work
High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Physical Requirements:
Must have the physical strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to perform tasks in various areas
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
