Capital West is now hiring for a lead foreman position in Maintenace and repairs.
Must have minimum of 5 years experience in manufactured home trades to include electrical, plumbing, and general construction.
Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00PM not seasonal work, full time.
Wages based on experience.
We only work on manufactured homes in manufactured home parks in the greater Sacramento area.
Driver's License and Clean driving record required.
Must speak and write in English and have great people skills.
