Job Description:
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality installations of HVAC systems in residential properties. Working directly in the field, you will lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring that each job is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our customers. This role requires hands-on expertise in HVAC installation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential properties, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork.
Work independently or with a small team to complete installations on time and within budget.
Conduct site assessments and prepare for installations by reviewing project plans and specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of materials and equipment needed for each project.
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns from clients during installations.
Keep accurate records of installations, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
EPA certification and other relevant HVAC licenses and certifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as required.
