I am an investor looking for licensed general contractors who has ground-up construction experience in Sacramento County to partner with, on sloped lots and flat lots. We can discuss how to set up the LLC. I can handle the land buying part and pay for all plans required for permits and plans. Licensed General Contractor need to handle the construction in a timely and economical manner.
Many properties would be constructed on upsloped or downsloped lots, with concrete piers that needs to reach bedrock. So experience in such challenging lots are nice to have as well.
