PRIDE Industries is currently seeking qualified and certified subcontractors to bid on an
upcoming construction project located at 2557 Kit Carson St, 2544 Kit Carson St, 2605 Kit Carson St #F, 2625 Kit Carson St #E, 2661 Kit Carson St #D and 2659 Kit Carson St #C in Sacramento CA. We are particularly interested in engaging certified MBE/WBE (Minority Business Enterprise/Women's Business Enterprise) and Section 3
subcontractors for various scopes of work.
Bid Due: September 20, 2024
Scope of Work including by not limited to Drywall, paint, kitchen and bathroom remodels,
electrical plugs, switches, light fixtures & final cleaning.

Certification Requirements:
Subcontractors must be certified as MBE/WBE or Section 3 businesses. Please include copies of relevant certifications with your bid submission.
