We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team! The ideal candidate will have expertise in pre-grade, foundation, and framing projects and a proven ability to lead and manage a team of construction professionals.
Key Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of pre-grade, foundation, and framing work.
Experience with heavy equipment operation is a strong plus.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate team members.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
A commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute foundation and framing projects.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet deadlines and expectations.
Operate and supervise the use of heavy equipment (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Train and mentor crew members to deliver high-quality results.
