JOURNEYMAN REQUIREMENTS - You must be a self-starter, team player and adhere to company policy and work ethics. You must be able to use both gas and electric spray rigs. You must be able to clean and maintain spray rigs. Have the ability to cut in straight and clean lines, back roll and all the basic prep. Must be able to speak, read and write in English and have a good communication skills. You must have your own grips and at least five (5) years in the trade/field.
APPRENTICE REQUIREMENTS - You must have reliable transportation. You will need to be able to work on ladders, understand basic masking and protection needs. Have a decent skill set in brushwork. Speak, read and write in English. You need good communication skills and a desire to learn. Prefer two (2) years in the trade/field but we are willing to train a hard worker. There is room to grow in this company and learn a trade.
