About Us:
A-1 Advantage Asphalt is a leading provider in asphalt paving, repair, and maintenance. We are dedicated to delivering top-quality paving solutions with a focus on safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team across various roles, including Laborers, Rakers, Paving Machine Operators, and Grinding Machine Operators.
Positions Available:
1. Laborers: Assist in preparing surfaces, setting up equipment, and general support for paving projects. Previous experience in construction or asphalt work is a plus but not required.
2. Rakers: Smooth and level asphalt surfaces, ensuring proper alignment and quality. Experience in raking and handling asphalt material is preferred.
3. Paving Machine Operators: Operate paving machines to lay asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and other surfaces. Requires prior experience in operating paving machinery.
4. Grinding Machine Operators: Operate grinding machines for surface preparation and removal of old asphalt.
Previous experience with grinding machinery is essential.
Requirements:
Experience level varies by position (training is available for entry-level laborer roles).
Commitment to safety and quality.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work in outdoor conditions and handle physical demands of the job.
Compensation:
Pay rates range from $22 to $45 per hour, depending on experience and position. Pay is commensurate with skills and qualifications.
