Principal Construction Inspector
Salary: $9,007.98 - $10,949.82 Monthly

The Principal Construction Inspector, plans, directs, and coordinates the inspection of public works construction projects or related programs to ensure compliance with laws, ordinances, codes, regulations, plans and specifications; recommends changes in contract documents and acceptance of completed construction work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Either: 1. A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, architecture, or a related field.
And
Four (4) years of experience in heavy engineering construction involving public works infrastructure or large buildings such as, schools, hospitals, prisons, high- and mid-rise office buildings, or other comparable institutional or commercial buildings, including at least two years of experience as the owner’s representative supervising inspectors.
Or: 2. Six (6) years of experience in heavy engineering construction involving public works infrastructure or large buildings such as, schools, hospitals, prisons, high- and mid-rise office buildings, or other comparable institutional or commercial buildings, including at least two years of experience as the owner’s representative supervising inspectors.
