Position Summary:
We are seeking to employee someone with Journeyman or Foreman level of experience in construction. They would need to lead a team of entry-level workers. The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting project instructions and independently managing daily tasks to ensure timely and quality completion.
We do both residential and commercial work, everything from Apartment complex remodels to custom homes. The ideal canidate would have a well rounded background in all things construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise entry-level construction workers on-site
Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks efficiently
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
Maintain quality standards and attention to detail
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Journeyman or Foreman in construction
Ability to lead and motivate a small team
Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and follow directions
