Job Description:
Vasil Home Services is seeking an experienced and skilled roofing expert to join our growing team as a Project Manager for our re-shingle projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple job sites, ensuring that our workers maintain the highest quality standards, and that projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee re-shingle projects from start to finish.
Train and direct on-site workers to ensure proper execution of roofing tasks.
Conduct site inspections to verify that work meets our stringent quality standards.
Travel between job sites as needed to monitor progress and provide guidance.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a roofer with a strong background in re-shingling.
-Ability to manage and train workers on-site.
-Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
-Must be available to start immediately, with our first project kicking off this Friday.
