Mirasol Village Early Childhood Education Center
This is a work solicitation for all eligible Section 3, MWBE. MBE, DVBE, DBE, and SB contractors or skilled workers for the following trades listed hereafter. This project scope involves the construction of a new 6,495 s.f. Early Childhood Education (ECE) building at the Mirasol Village housing development. ECE site is approx. 0.77 acres.

Trades requested:
C-5 Framing and Rough Carpentry Contractor,
C-20 Heating, Ventilation & AC Contractor,
C-36 Plumbing Contractor;
C-8 and C-50 Contractors for Concrete and Reinforcing Steel, respectively, to reinforce and pour concrete foundations;
C-27 Landscaping Contractor!
This project is funded in whole or in part with HUD Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery funds. All applicable federal regulations shall be in full force and effect, including Section 3 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1968 (Section 3). Section 3 requires that, to the greatest extent feasible, hiring and contracting opportunities be afforded to low- and very low-income persons.
