DK Enterprises, DBA: Kings Roofin is bidding on the upcoming project for SHRA listed below are requesting sub-bids from all qualified MBE/WBE and Section 3 Subcontractors and All other Subcontractors/Suppliers for the following project:

Project: 2528-MAkp: 346-354 Riverbend Cr, Sacramento, Ca 95818- Reroof

Bid Date: 10/20/2025 @ 2PM

Possible Trades/Services include, but not limited to: Asbestos Removal, Roof Demo, C-39

Note: This Project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, and all Bidders are responsible for verifying their wages. Prevailing wage rate information can be found on the State of California Department of Industrial Relations web site at http://www.dir.ca.gov/DLSR/PWD/.

Wages: Higher of Davis Bacon Residential or State Prevailing

This contract is subject to State and Federal labor standards, California Labor Code including but not limited to Sections 1771, 1774, 1775, 1776, 1777.5, 1813 and 1815, compliance monitoring and enforcement by SHRA and the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), the Davis-Bacon Act, affirmative action requirements, Section 3 Requirements of the HUD Act of 1968, and Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise standards.

This is a Public Works project. Per California State Labor Code Section 1771.1 (a), a contractor or subcontractor shall not be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of Section 4104 of the Public Contract Code, or engage in the performance of any contract for public work, as defined in this chapter, uncles currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5. Notwithstanding any other requirements (including federal labor requirements), this contract is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
