Hiring: Long-Term, Detail-Driven Mechanic / Shop Assistant
I’m looking for a positive, honest, hard-working person who takes pride in their work and shows up the same way every day—not just on Day One. Part-time to start; full-time if we’re a good fit. Schedule is flexible once trust is earned and performance is consistent.
You must be:
Clean, neat, and organized
On time, every time
Able to take charge and complete projects without babysitting
Comfortable around cars and basic mechanical tasks
Willing to learn, listen, and improve
Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and clean up big messes
Capable of maintaining a professional, drama-free work ethic
West Sacramento availability is a strong plus
