PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS RELEVANT WELDING EXPERIENCE AND ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME POSITION (MONDAY-FRIDAY, POSSIBILITY FOR SATURDAYS FROM TIME TO TIME)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on job requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
Measure and cut materials to exact specifications
Inspect welds for strength, quality, and precision
Maintain and clean welding equipment regularly
Follow all job site and safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of welding experience required
Solid understanding of welding techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Comfortable working in industrial, construction, or fabrication settings
A strong work ethic and a "get-it-done" attitude
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a welding test (hands-on)
Must pass any required screenings
Strong commitment to safety and precision
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Must have appropriate work attire and safety footwear
Must have a good attitude and get along well with others
Strong work ethic and client commitment is a must!

Must have valid ID/Employment Authorization to prove eligibility to work in the U.S. (E-Verify will be utilized)
