We are currently seeking for a Working Foremen, experienced in Commercial Construction, who are eager to learn and grow.
This is for a working foreman and requires consistent travel throughout California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Hawaii
Applicant's Qualifications:
Must have 4 years of verifiable experience as a Working Foreman or Lead Man in Commercial Construction.
Must be a self-starter and have the ability with little to no oversight at times to lead a team with diverse skill sets.
Must be available to travel continuously (Company pays for travel which includes fuel, lodging, meals & per diem).
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screen
Must have valid driver's license and own mode of transportation
High School Diploma/GED.
Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Responsibilities:
Supervise a crew and group of subcontractors on the tenant improvement & remodel projects
Lead installation to ensure work is performed to Company's & Customers standards and project specifications.
Communicate with the Project Manager about up-sales, scope changes, material, and labor needs.
Complete daily reports, time sheets, work summary log with pictures, inventory checklist, and job closeout form.
Operate various equipment, power tools, hand tools, cutters, grinders, impact guns, and hydraulic jacks.
Validate that all proper safety equipment, materials, and tools are on site to perform the required work.
Proper PPE must be worn at all times & adhere to all safety rules/regulations.
