Responsibilities:
Accurately read and interpret Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipping instructions. We are mainly handing refrigerated products.
Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and load securement.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred).
Ability to read and understand Bills of Lading (BOL) and shipping instructions.
Solid understanding of weight distribution principles. Loading 53 reefers.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation.
Bonus Points (Not Required, But a Big Plus!):
Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Experience operating a yard hustler/hostler.
