Ace in the Hole Towing is a fast growing company with locations in Roseville, Rancho Cordova , Sacramento And Colfax. We are looking for both full time heavy and light duty tow truck operators who is professional, have a healthy focus and understanding of safety principles, highly motivated, work well with others and understand the value of good customer service. Ace in the Hole Towing is looking for a heavy operator with experience in light duty as well both flatbed and auto loader drivers. Experience preferred .
Applicants must:
Have a healthy respect and understanding of safety principles
Be 25 years of age or older
Have a valid class A CA drivers license with a clean driving record
Be able to pass a DOJ background check
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Have critical thinking skills
Have basic reading, writing and comprehension skills
Be able to take direction from dispatchers and management
Be willing to sometimes work unusual hours (respond to calls early mornings)
Compensation:
DOE Hourly plus Commission
Monthly performance incentive program
Quarterly bonus evaluation program
