Button Transportation is actively recruiting for the 2025 Fertilizer Season.
As a seasonal driver for the agri-business support team, you will deliver liquid and dry fertilizer products to farms during the planting season (Mid-March to June 2025).
Compensation
Seasonal drivers average $1000 - $1,800 per week. Motivated drivers can make more.
Paid Weekly
Number of loads: 1-6 per day. The average is 3-5, depending on the customer

Paid orientation and Cargo Tank training! – Full day in the classroom and 3-5 days in the field.
Will hire out of school! Given our highly diversified service offerings, entry-level drivers can expand their skills throughout the year, carrying various products with different equipment to accelerate their careers.
Routes & Schedule
Home time every night
Shift/Schedule—Typical work is sunup to sundown. Button is a 24-hour operation, allowing drivers to work as much as they desire and encouraging them to work 5-6 days a week.
Go to retail stores and deliver directly to the fields
Support the agri-business planting season by making liquid and dry fertilizer deliveries in a Cargo tank truck from mid-March through June 2025
No touch freight being a cargo tank, connect hose, open product valves, monitor the loading and unloading
Qualifications:
Class A CDL
Non-Haz 18 years old, 21 Years old for Hazmat
New drivers welcome
Endorsements: Tanker/Hazmat/Doubles. Willing to work with drivers ready to obtain before the season starts

Good MVR and safe driving record, including no BACs, DUIs, DWIs, or licensing suspensions for moving violations in the past 5 years
Ability to meet work attendance and availability requirements and pass all CFI certification class testing and requirements
Have the legal right to work and live in the United States
Prefer to hire within a 50-mile radius of Chico, Oroville, Arbuckle, Williams, Yuba City, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Dixon or be willing to relocate for this position.
