We are hiring motivated and dependable Delivery Drivers to join our Final Mile team in Sacramento!
You will play a critical role in ensuring safe, timely, and professional package delivery to businesses and residential customers.
Requirements
Must own a full-size cargo van or minivan (well-maintained and in good condition)
Must be able to lift 1–50 lbs safely
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to use smartphone/device for route apps and signature capture.
Responsibilities
Load, scan, and unload packages at the hub in Sacramento (95835) and make deliveries in area's available for that particular day (Sacramento/Auburn/Placerville/Folsom/Diamond Springs)
Follow commitment times for all deliveries and pickups (if any)
Obtain valid customer names and signatures at businesses and required delivery points
Complete all pickups and deliveries daily
Ensure your fleet is maintained and have backup or recovery plans in place in case of a breakdown
Provide delivery progress updates as and when required by dispatch/management
Report any issues, delays, or incidents immediately to dispatch/management
Deliver packages with professionalism, courtesy, and customer focus
Qualifications
Strong work ethic, punctual, and deadline-oriented
Previous delivery or courier experience preferred
Ability to work independently while staying accountable as part of a larger team
Tech-savvy enough to manage delivery apps, scanning, and navigation tools
Physically fit to handle repeated lifting and loading throughout the day
Compensation
Salary/Pay: To be discussed upon hire (based on experience and route performance)
