Minimum qualifications:
Proficiency above beginner level in any programming language and or fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing).
One or both is absolutely necessary.
If programming skill is present,
the will to learn Mandarin Chinese must be as well.
If fluent in Mandarin,
be willing to learn a programming language.
We will be authoring a rudimentary note taking application with some basic speech to text and text to speech features.
The application will be for general note taking and learning foreign languages, mainly Mandarin Chinese for now.
This will serve as a robust foundation for our many future projects.
