Description Robert Half partnering with a leading player in the Agriculture industry, dedicated to sustainable and innovative practices. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join Thier finance team and contribute to the financial success and growth of their organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, extensive experience with Famous software, and advanced proficiency in Excel functions.Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Generate accurate and timely financial reports using Famous software.

Analyze financial data to provide insights into business performance.

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Collaborate with various departments to create and manage budgets.

Utilize advanced Excel functions to enhance the accuracy of forecasting models.

Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.

Cost Management:

Implement cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.

Conduct regular cost analyses and identify areas for cost reduction.

Work closely with department heads to understand cost drivers and implement strategies for cost containment.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards.

Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.

Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any financial discrepancies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the finance team to streamline financial processes.

Provide training and support to staff on Famous software and advanced Excel functions.

Foster a collaborative and communicative work environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.

Proven experience as a Controller in the Agriculture industry.

In-depth knowledge of Famous software and proficiency in advanced Excel functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
