Trimmer Position AvailableManufacturing Company - San Clemente, CAKelly Services is hiring experienced Trimmers to work at a leading manufacturing company in San Clemente. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay rates and shift differentials.Job Responsibilities:
Trim, buff, and clean parts according to specifications and process documentation
Trimming excess material off product
Use small hand tools for production operations
Prepare parts and documentation for final quality inspection
Perform in-process visual inspections
Read and comprehend written English instructions
Accurately document production processes and counts
Assist with tasks throughout the facility as assigned
Follow all environmental, health, and safety policies
Requirements:
Ability to read and follow process documentation
Maintain an organized and clean work area
Read Blueprints
Aerospace manufacturing OR Medical manufacturing experience preferred
Skills:
Attention to detail is crucial
Able to use manufacturing tools correctly and safely
Able to lift up to 20 lbs
Computer proficiency
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Schedules & Pay:
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm ($18-$23/hr. )
3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10pm-6am ($18-$23/hr + $1 shift differential)
