Boutique Accounting Firm in Cardiff-by-the-Sea is seeking an admin/accounting assistant to manage accounting projects and assist our accountants where needed.
We provide an extremely comfortable, friendly work environment and are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to keep us organized, monitor work flow and round out our accounting team as our company continues to grow.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate would have strong administrative, communication and organizational skills. Advanced computer and Excel skills are required. Accuracy, attention to detail and a positive attitude are vital traits for this position.
Duties may include the following based on experience:
Maintain Status of Accounting Projects
Assist with Accounting, Data Entry and Reconciliations
Customer Database Management
Communication with Customers and Vendors
Create/Maintain Excel Spreadsheets
Download/Format Transaction Reports
Create/Maintain Client Binders
Starting compensation $22-25 per hour, DOE. Potential for growth for the right individual looking for a long-term, permanent position or considering a career in accounting.
