CSL Distribution is a growing distribution company seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Personnel to join our team.

Hours will be part time, 20 hours a week, two days in office, three days work from home.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain CRM/ERP software to organize customers with correct date and reports for Sales Reps.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, daily reports, balance sheet

Control Cash vs Sales vs Inventory , apply internal controls

Record and reconcile financial transactions.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.

Prepare invoices, receipts, and statements.

Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.

Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Assist management with budgeting and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

2-3 years of accounting experience

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, CRM, ERP systems)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
