Duties
Manage Memberships
· Monitor Email and Membership System for New Member Signups
· Setup New Members in Systems (POS, Membership, Accounting)
· Report Membership
· Address failed autopayments by resetting accounts
· Reactivate manual pay memberships monthly in membership system
· Process Member Resignations
· Process Membership Level Changes
Accounts Receivable
· Invoicing
o Calculate Assessments and create invoices
· Process Payments
o Upload Autopayment
o Manually Enter other payments
· Send Statements
· Collections for past due accounts
· Reconcile Clearing Accounts
· Reconcile and synchronize the systems
Recognize Sales
· Extract and Import Sales
· Determine Sales Tax
Prepare Bank Deposits
Recommend and Implement Process Improvements
Skills
· High level of Microsoft Excel skills
· Familiarity with Power Query
· QuickBooks expertise
