Position Summary:
As a member of Peaceful Corps, you will contribute to programs that support education, social services, health initiatives, and community development. Team members play an active role in strengthening our mission by bringing professional expertise, compassion, and a commitment to service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of community development projects.
Collaborate with team members, volunteers, and community leaders to achieve program goals.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to assigned programs.
Assist with fundraising, outreach, and partnership activities where applicable.
Provide professional expertise (accounting, program management, administration, etc.) to ensure the smooth operation of organizational activities.
Uphold the values of Peaceful Corps in daily work and community engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Education, Business, Accounting, Public Health, or related discipline).
Prior experience in nonprofit work, community service, or program management is an advantage.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in diverse environments and adapt to community needs.
Commitment to the mission of service and humanitarian support.
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (depending on role)
Location: San Diego, CA (with potential travel for projects)
