Are you detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about providing exceptional client service? We’re a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm based in San Diego, CA, seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team.
About the Role:
As a Client Service Representative, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our advisor(s) and ensuring a seamless client experience. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of tasks, including:
Facilitating and monitoring the processing of new accounts and transfers
Handling client account maintenance requests, such as address changes and distributions
Opening accounts with our custodian and managing all follow-ups
Processing client meeting notes, scanning documents, and scheduling follow-ups
Assisting clients directly with account requests, including tracking tax-related transactions
Processing paperwork and other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of financial services and related tools is a big plus.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with Schwab systems (a plus but not required)
Strong communication skills and a client-first attitude
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
