Real time credits processing
Real time supplement processing
Real time billing
Submittal of supplements to adjuster. Track and follow up for approval with adjusters.
Negotiate scope/estimate with Adjusters
Work with Selections Coordinator on pricing, estimating for change order preparation
Work with Accounts Receivable on collections as necessary
Work Authorization preparation with Accounts Receivable
Draw Schedule preparation with Account Receivable
Meet with/contact subcontractors when necessary to obtain pricing for change orders
Project management weekly job status update meetings and posting in Buildertrend. At which time change orders/supplements can be started, processed, billed, etc.
Meet with customers to pick up payments when necessary
Xactimate knowledge required
Buildertrend knowledge a plus - training provided
Maintain yearly background screening compliance which includes no misdemeanor or felonies for previous
8 years, Random Drug & Alcohol screening, and abide by all program regulations.
