We’re looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our tax firm. This role is the first point of contact for our clients and requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone
Manage scheduling and appointments
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Maintain client files and office organization
Provide administrative support to the team
Qualifications:
