They would like someone with experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management. This is an on-site, permanent, position, located in Miramar. Healthy work environment and supportive management.

Duties of the Role;
2+years managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including timely and accurate invoice processing, collections, and payment.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and manage inventory levels.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial reports including accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
Communicate with vendors and customers as needed to resolve any billing or payment issues.
Collaborate with the accounting team to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred but not required
Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation;
Base salary of 65-75K/year depending on experience.
