Join our close-knit team this tax season! We’re looking for experienced tax preparers to help support our individual and small businesses using your knowledge and expertise to ensure excellent service delivery.
Opportunity Highlights:
$30-$35/hour (minimum of 20 hours per week) depending on experience
Flexible schedules
In person at the La Mesa, CA office location
A collaborative, client-focused work environment
Potential to continue (or return) for extension season
Requirements:
2-5 years prior experience using Lacerte preparing tax returns (individuals, small businesses, etc.)
Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate computer systems and software
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and customer service skills
CPA, EA, or relevant tax certification preferred (but not required)
