A small growing accounting firm is looking for a tax preparer and some bookkeeping and office responsibilities. Job duties would include preparing individual tax returns, QuickBooks data entries, bank reconciliations, assisting in audit preparations, etc. Direct communication with all clients maybe be required, as will with upper lever Associates. To start, there will be 8 hours weekly, however, there is a potential of 20-30 hours depending on client demand and your work experience and schedule. During the tax season, this person maybe assisting more with tax preparation tasks and data entry. CTEC certification and tax experience required.
Must have excellent computer and bookkeeping experience with excellent references. Experience in Excel, Quick Books, Microsoft Outlook, any tax preparation software, and Adobe PDF is required.
This is a W-2 position in office position.
