Progressive commercial real estate, property management company, located in San Diego, CA is seeking to hire a full time on-site employee in the position of Yardi Data/Reports Analyst for their headquarters office. This highly visible position is critical for management’s decision making as they continue to grow and manage 1000’s of commercial properties across the USA. You will join their Yardi Reports Analyst team using your data analysis, and reporting skills in Yardi YSR, SQL, Report Scheduler, SSRS, DB Schema, Excel, and other tools. You will interface with top management to develop custom reports, modify reports, identify reporting gaps, assist with new product roll outs, training users and other duties. You must have strong verbal skills and organizational skills as well. Examples of projects and Yardi modules you will design, analyze and create reports for include property management and accounting, lease management, asset management, tenant services, invoicing and billing, procure to pay, budgeting and forecasting, document management and facilities management.
Your qualifications must include at least 3-8+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with an emphasis in property management using the Yardi software suite. You should have solid skills using Yardi software in analyzing and gathering data for sophisticated reports for some of the type of real estate/property management modules listed above. You should have experience with Yardi YSR, SQL, SSRS, DB schemas, Report Scheduler, Excel, and other tools. Starting salary is in the $70-110K range, plus a bonus, excellent benefits, and flexible work hours. or US holders accepted.
