Successful San Diego Veteran Owned Moving Company looking to grow and looking for the following people with the following skills or that can help find the people for the following positions:
NOT LOOKING FOR HELP WITH SALES, OUR COMPANY HAS PLENTY OF LEADS/WORK.
1. Help building Moving Teams, Looking to have 3 Teams of 4 Movers with a Foreman on each Team.
2. Business partner or investor to be a silent partner, a active partner or someone that can put in sweat equity for either a percentage of the company in exchange for work, hourly pay or percentage of sales or when hit milestones.
2. A Skilled Excel person that can create a very detailed financial workbook in Excel that uses Macros and Databases for the purpose of calculating Customer Invoices, Payroll in the place of Quickbooks, calculates quarterly monthly/yearly Taxes/Expenses and produces Financial Documents (Balance Sheet, P & L Etc.) Can either give a percentage of the company in exchange for work, hourly pay or percentage of sales or when hit milestones.
3. Someone that can build a website with similar concepts/ideas to these ones: https://www.teamfishel.com/ Can either give a percentage of the company in exchange for work, hourly pay or percentage of sales or when hit milestones.
4. Somone that can draw or make designs for marketing and training materials,Can either give a percentage of the company in exchange for work, hourly pay or percentage of sales or when hit milestones.
5. Recruiter that can go to College Campuses, job fairs, various organizations, post Job ads to find candidates
