KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Entry-Level Event Coordinator at MDS, you'll be involved in:

-Chapter and Event Support: Assist with managing our chapters and help organize various events, learning the ropes of event planning, coordination, and execution.

-Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with chapter leads and team members, contributing to the team's efforts and learning effective communication strategies.

-Content and Promotion Assistance: Help with creating promotional materials and strategies to enhance event attendance and member engagement, under the guidance of experienced team members.

-Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions to understand MDS's operational culture, event planning best practices, and the tools we use for seamless coordination.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

-Educational Foundation: A recent Bachelor’s degree graduate in hospitality, event management, marketing, or a related field.

-Eagerness to Learn: A strong desire to learn about event planning, community management, and customer service.
