The position pays $30/Hr. for your gas to come to work, up to 30 hours per week, AND $10K BONUS for each project contracts.
5-10 contracts first year is realistic. Since Product Launch in Sept, 2024, company has 2 new clients. This is NOT a quick sales like lemonade or Girl Scout Cookies. It's a long sales cycle business dealing with developers, engineers, and architects. You must be long term focused to achieve $150K income.
This position offers hands on experience in Real Estate Development and Construction Project Management that the market pays $120,000/Yr. AFTER you learn the duties and problem solving; you will be working with Architects, Engineers, SDGE, City DSD, and other Consultants in the construction industry. This opportunity offers better ROI than a 4 year college degree (still get it though)
